Delusion MFG is looking to hire local account manager to join our team! We are looking to build a sales force on nationwide and global spectrum. Our primary market is Custom Headwear but are rapidity expanding to new product & services. We are a young company in a high growth, fast paced environment.

Key Duties

  • Prospecting clients with our marketing team.
  • Contact with businesses through calls and emails from supplied lead list of leads.
  • Managing inquiries from various sales lead.
  • Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly Sales Quotas.
  • Email heavy workload, 100+ emails a day.
  • Managing customer inquiries via phone.
  • Friendly, customer first attitude.
  • Strategy plan out new market developments based on previous sales track records.
  • Utilize communication skills to build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products available.
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Must be productive on email, main sales funnel is email based
  • Must work well with remote team, current team is based mostly in EST Timezone (but not limited)
  • Must be open to working with clients over the phone
  • Passion for the custom apparel industry
  • Must have an open to an app heavy workload. We not only use our own proprietary software for order management, but also use a wide variety of apps to run extreme efficiency across our team. We hate bulky workflows.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary + Quarterly Incentives
  • 5% Commission, no cap
  • Travel Incentives
